Hi Tim,

I just wanted to ask if this was a natural lake, or if infact this is a man made lake, and if so when was it originally populated with fish stock? We have a small lake on our property and I am thinking of stocking it but am unsure of how long I would need to leave it prior to fishing the stock?

We live down in Brighton and my husband has done a spot of sea fishing down at the Marina. He’s expressed an interest in fishing inland (sorry not sure if that’s fly fishing) so I’ll have to show him your site.

It’s a really pretty blog btw and the pictures look fantastic. I’ll see if he’s interested in a course (maybe an early b’day present

Many thanks for your patience on what turned out to be a very enjoyable “one to one” lesson this morning. You were very patient with me! I thoroughly enjoyed myself and hope that I can remember all your tips and put at least some of them into practice!
